Last updated 26 September 2026. These terms describe the use of Cardfinity, a party and board game app and website offered under the Cardfinity brand. Contact contact@cardfinity.cn with questions about the app.
Using Cardfinity
You may use Cardfinity for personal entertainment and must follow applicable law. Some games may involve adult themes or drinking; participation is optional, and you are responsible for choosing age-appropriate activities and acting safely. Do not use the service to harass others, infringe rights, disrupt the service, or access another person's account without permission.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you purchase Premium, sign in with the same Cardfinity account on each device to use the associated access. Access may take a short time to update after a purchase or renewal. Contact us if your purchase does not appear.
Cardfinity Premium
Premium is an automatically renewing subscription. The available term, price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase. It renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. A refund or chargeback may end access earlier.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that store. Use that store's subscription settings to cancel, and its support process for billing or refund requests.
Web purchases are sold and billed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, receipts, subscription management, and payment support under its Buyer Terms. Use the management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support to cancel a web subscription. See our Refund Policy for refund routes.
Content and availability
Cardfinity's games, artwork, and software are provided for your personal use. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. Features, games, and availability may change as the service develops. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. For account or product support, email contact@cardfinity.cn. We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
